Amazing hotel with its comfortable beds, indoor pool, and friendly staff who once helped my elderly parents. Great wi-fi and 24-hour reception make my stays easy. Definitely coming back for Christmas!

The staff is rude

modern and fancy hotel, the location was handy. all the staff was caring and attentive. my a double room was contemporary with coffee, a storage, and a big window. even the linate airport was not so far, 26 minutes drive away. my stay was just perfect here.

Used soap and embty shampoo tube were left from previous customer!!!! No coffee maker nor water boiler. Mini bar has only one small bottle of water! Nothing else! Location is Far from city center.

Close to the fierra Milano.

Even to a qualified architect as myself the building is a little over designed. More style than substance. As if someone has read a book on well designed hotels around the world and but then only completed year one of the training needed to deliver such complex designs. If you are a brand / stand owner as I then the shuttle coach to fierra in the morning is a good idea but leaves too late. The return coach leaves too early! The shittle goes at 6pm and the fair closes at 7pm! The gym is very small and poorly equipped for such a large hotel which should attract Buisness people. Terrible wifi reception in the rooms and whilst there is a good signal downstairs the bar are like a bad air port terminal, not very personal, not enough chairs and lighting is far too bright. Laundry service was good a quick and staff were friendly and clearly getting to grips with the new hotel so things should get better.

It's a fancy hotel, the staff are really courteous and the breakfast is large. Helpful service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi. It has fantastic views and nice pools. The location is particularly good and easy, 3 km from Garegnano Charterhouse.

The internet at 19 floor was not working No mini bar, only the refrigerator.

Fantastic design, ingerior and materials used in the hotel. Very modern and clean.

Receptionist did not ask how the stay was so I normally then do not tell. The hotelroom had no aircondition working so this was really not good in a warm Milano night.

The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, featuring an impressive variety of options that suited our family's needs perfectly. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, causing frustrations during our stay.

The appearance and design of the hotel are fabulous. Truly astonishing. Really floated my boat. The check in staff were very helpful and courteous.

The service and food in the restaurant were terrible. Truly abysmal. The water for the shower was not hot enough.
